1. Agreement of Terms

By downloading, installing, or executing **CricFlow** or any other mobile utilities developed by **Slogicmind Studio**, you express complete agreement to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these guidelines, you must immediately uninstall and cease all usage of the software.

2. Intellectual Property & License

All codebases, user experience flows, graphics assets (including adaptive icons, neon color frameworks, and layout schemas), trademarks, and logic controllers built for Slogicmind apps are the exclusive property of Slogicmind Studio. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to run our applications solely on your personal smartphone or tablet device.

3. Local Storage Liability

Our applications utilize local, offline storage architectures. Because we do not upload your player history or custom scoring databases to cloud servers, Slogicmind Studio is not liable for data loss occurring due to:

• Manual uninstallation of the application by the user.
• Operating system updates or factory reset sweeps.
• Physical damage, formatting, or storage failure on your mobile device.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Slogicmind apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be completely uninterrupted, free from minor calculation edge cases, or compatible with all legacy custom firmware versions.

5. Governing Law

These terms and your use of Slogicmind applications shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, standard international intellectual property laws, without reference to conflict of law principles.
